Seeking dedicated and qualified language instructors to join our team and provide language instruction for adults. The ideal candidate should possess either an MA in TESOL with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or a BA with at least 8 years of continuous ESOL teaching experience.
The position requires a commitment from mid-September through June 30th. There are two available schedules to choose from:
1. Four evenings a week for 4 hours each evening.
2. Five mornings a week for 5 hours each morning.

- Proficient English speakers with good working knowledge of English grammar and language use.
- Experienced teachers with good interpersonal skills who enjoy working in diverse linguistic and cultural settings.
- Passionate teachers looking to empower immigrant communities through English language education.
- Applicants with ESL teaching experience required. MA in TESOL/CELTA certification required along with 2 years of experience.
- Applicants with a BA need 8+ years of continuous ESOL teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Help second language learners improve their English conversation skills through communicative language teaching (CLT) approach.
- Implement and adapt lesson plans from a standards-based curriculum.
- Use digital platforms to instruct, communicate and record attendance data.
- Report to the Director of Adult Education and Workforce Development.
