Since 2012, Mercy Center has been funded as one of just 23-28 NYS Office for New Americans Opportunity Centers located throughout New York State.
We offer free legal assistance with:
- Applications for Naturalization (Citizenship)
- Applications for Certificate of Citizenship
- Applications for Advance Parole
- Applications for Employment Authorization
- DACA Renewal Applications (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
- Green Card Renewals
- Temporary Protected Status Applications (TPS)
- Requests for Fee Waiver/Reduced Fee
- Applications for Asylum
- T-Visa
- U-Visa
- Vawa Self-Petitions
- Adjustment Status
- Employment Authorization
We also provide community workshops offering information and advocacy around issues of immigrants’ rights, immigration fraud, access to health care, housing, workplace concerns, etc.
